How to remove credit card from Google Play – Only 7 Steps

In this blog I will show you how to remove or how to delete your credit card and debit card details from Google Play Store.

Step 1.

Go to your Google Play Store and click this Settings icon.

Step2.

Go to “Account“, here you can click on “Payment methods“.

Step3.

Click “More payment settings“. Choose “Chrome” and it is redirected to the Google payments website.

Step 4.

Enter your email address. Then click to “Next“, so here you can enter your password also and click “Next“.

This is my recovery option, so you can click “Done“.

Step 5.

Here you can view this website as “Desktop view” so I try to click to “Request desktop site” so here you can click this Settings icon.

Then go to “Payment methods” and here you can see this is my credit card details.

Step 6.

Now I try to remove this credit card. Here you can again click this same Settings icon then go to settings.

So here you can see and this is my profile. Now you can click the “Close payment profile” option. So you can click to confirm, then you can choose the “Permanently” option and click to confirm.

Here you can click to “Yes I m sure“. So finally my profile is deleted.

Step 7.

Again I try to check my credit card details from Google Play Store, so just go to settings and go to “Account” and you can click the “Payment methods“

Here you can see all my payment methods are deleted and also my credit card and debit card details are removed from Google Play Store.
